Wow and just like that the past two months have escaped me! So much has been going on, I can’t even begin! I have really taken to my new foodierunion insta account so bare with while I continue to post a few goodies from that account.
As of recent, I have been using my new grill at the new place and enjoying every meal I can with it. I am going to be that midwesterner that grills year-round.
Last Friday I realized I was out of my spicy bbq sauce from Trader Joes so I had to quickly check what I had.
Marinated some chicken skewers in a little McCormick Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning (my fav) and some soy sauce. I mixed the skewers with red pepper and onion as well.
Served it with some thinly sliced grilled zucchini and a grilled potato with my secret sauce. Which in all reality is just lite sour cream (or plain greek yogurt) with 1/4 packet of Lipton’s Onion Soup Mix. It’s something my dad used to make when I was younger and it was fantastic.
and that was Friday, made easy.
