Last week I had the pleasure of going to OffShore Chicago (Third floor of Navy Pier) – LET ME TELL YOU this place is so cool.

Opened about a month ago but I was lucky enough to have gone for a private networking event with the Magnificent Mile Association.
It’s the Guinness World Record’s largest rooftop bar! Like how neat? Perhaps a place that the locals will actually want to hang out at.
Last week we also had the most beautiful cotton candy skies and it so happened to be 78 and sunny.
I sipped on adult juice boxes called “Secure The Bag” it was fun, sweet and summery. Also tried the Endless Summer (light, tangy, refreshing.) Not to mention, my personal fave, the Dark Side of the Moon- your classic take on a Manhatten.
We sampled their Beet “caviar” sushi, three cheese flatbread and my boss ordered me a bowl of fries. Thanks, Debbie.

I saw a few other menu options go out – such as the tomahawk and the Maine lobster deviled eggs and BOY that looked insanely good.
There’s a LOT of seating and was not cramped after the event ended, although I imagine it will get busier as the nice days keep rolling in. With a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor seating, this will be a destination worth traveling to all year round.
