I jumped on The Publican bandwagon AND DRANK THE TEA. And it was awesome.
Forgive me for my basiq Chicago restaurant blog, this city is so big and reservations are a must everywhere you go. SOS. But since everyone was wanting to wait for the patio, we snagged a spot inside and got sat right away!
The service was quick and efficient, the food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend. I could tell you what to order but the menu changes so frequently it wouldn’t matter!
I had the poached eggs with hollandaise + prosciutto and a lemony simple salad. (Toast on the side with fresh butter & strawberry jam)

Sticky bun obviously, the pecans on top were fire.

& Belgium waffle. Best way to start a Sunday.

If you go there this weekend, you won’t be disappointed.
