There’s a new hot spot on Water Street (!!!)
SUPER conveniently located next door to my apartment.
I’m going to say this style of food isn’t for everyone, but I thought it was amazing. It’s very earthy with a twist on everyday simple ingredients. They have the main dining room and also the little butcher shop where you can pick up deli meats, coffee and other goodies.
The atmosphere yet again puts you in a place other than Milwaukee. Or perhaps this idea of a new Milwaukee that is trendy and fun yet sophisticated? It’s light and airy with beautiful white tiles, marble countertops, simple yet elegant lighting and a beautiful view of the wood burning hearth.
Local, fresh ingredients and fun interesting cocktails make this place a must visit in Milwaukee.
