I have previously mentioned my love for Merriment Social, but I just reminded myself all over again recently on why I love it so much. One- they have amazing cocktails. My favorite is the Milwaukee Lion. It’s their take on the classic Nor’easter. With bourbon, hazelnut, maple, lime juice and ginger beer. Not to mention, they have killer bloodies. They have veggie infused vodka and a house made bloody mix. So tasty.
Second, every Tuesday-Friday from 4-6 they have these AMAZING (weekly changing) speciality happy hour burgers for only $5.00. I’ve been so lucky to try this out a few times now and each time it is better and better. This one below was KILLER. It has a 1/4 lb beef patty, waffle strips, bacon, fried egg, Red-Hot cream cheese (game changer), cheddar and a siriacha-maple gastrique. SO GOOD. Oh not to mention- they have $2 off all signature cocktails during happy hour AND $1.00 dumplings. During their busy nights like Friday and Saturday, they come around with a little dumpling cart and you can buy them. Like how cute?
And and and… Their classic Merriment Burger is perfect. It reminds me of a fancy Big Mac and who doesn’t love a Big Mac?
Last but not least, they have amazing creative desserts like this cheesecake…. Yes that is popcorn on top.
If you’re not convinced to go here, then you basically suck.
